We will start with learning the Switch stitch technique including the specific elements needed to knit the pattern, then when the students are ready we will start the Sidewalk Mittens pattern.
Skill level: Good intermediate knitting skills. It can be helpful (but is not essential) to be able to knit with either hand. This technique can be worked using one yarn at a time, holding one in each hand or both in the same hand.
