Steeks allow a knitter to work "in the round" without purling. They can be used anywhere you would like to create an opening in your garment. In this workshop we will cover different methods of working, securing and finishing steeks and discuss the when and why of each method. During class you will be working on a a small stranded sample.
Skill level: Intermediate. Students must have prior experience with stranded knitting (working with 2 colors) and following a chart.
